These animations were created for fun to stretch my character design muscles.

The style of the characters was heavily inspired by the videogame Cuphead as well as the traditional 1930's rubberhose style. I wanted to try and capture the frame by frame style using modern techniques, so I used an adjustment layer with a low framerate and effects to create a boil on the outlines.
